My name is Ana Asch and I’m a Creative Director focused on Branding.
Graduated in both Industrial Design and Visual Communication, I’m first and foremost a designer. In the past 15 years, I have helped businesses in a diverse set of industries reach their audiences, and establish market presence, by developing brand identities that amplify their core value proposition.
Since 2017, I have moved from Rio to Berlin and from agency side to in house, seeking to drive more impact with longer term strategy and implementation. I have since helped two German startups be featured in Jung von Matt’s GERMAN STARTUP BRAND RANKING and build brand systems that allowed their businesses to scale.
My experience stretches from leadership to hands-on work and most often as part of small to medium-sized cross-disciplinary teams. I have led and built brand teams from zero, operating in a fast paced and uncertain environment.
